Alexander McQueen, the darling enfant terrible of British fashion, was known for his dramatic collections, unpredictable style and avant-garde shows. As a Central St. Martins London alumnus, he went on to work as the head designer at Givenchy. Alexander’s meteoric rise to fame saw his label become part of the Gucci Group stable of luxury brands. His brand continues strong, even after his sad demise in 2010.
